'Uncle Stop Touching' - Kiss Daniel explains what the line means in the song 'Yeba'

Singer, Kiss Daniel has addressed what the line 'Uncle Stop Touching' means in his 2017 hit single, Yeba.

Some social media users have expressed their reservations about the part of the song that goes “Uncle, stop touching“, insisting that it may be promoting sexual assault.

The singer has responded insisting that the song does not in any way advocate sexual harassment. He also stated that it actually does the opposite as just after the “Uncle, stop touching” line comes “Sorry madam” from the supposed uncle.

He wrote on Twitter; "D song teaches our ladies to speak out against wat they haven't consented 2 nd 4 d men to realise dat if a lady says No, No means No. Apologise nd don't go further, hence d reply by d guy..."sorry madam" D fact dat a lady agrees 2 dance wit u doesn't translate 2 sexual consent."
